Job Description

We are looking for an Operational Analyst for a leading global cryptocurrency exchange known for its diverse range of trading and financial services tailored to institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities:

•  Assist in communication and relationship management with strategic partners such as banks, custodians, stablecoins, DeFi primitives, etc.
• Facilitate the efficient execution of internal processes such as onboarding and legal procedures.
• Drafting cooperation agreements, emails, and other business documents.
• Ensure manager is informed of priorities, challenges, and deadlines.

Key Requirements: 

• General understanding of crypto-economics and blockchain industry
• Experience in crypto, venture capital, or start-up preferred
• Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational communication skills 
• Willingness and enthusiasm to learn new topics and be dynamic in a rapidly evolving company and space
