We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operational Administrator to support our IMR Water Recycling team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth co-ordination of operational activities, enabling field teams to deliver efficient, high-quality maintenance repair services that meet regulatory and customer expectations.
As a key member of the team, you will act as a central point of coordination between internal departments, alliance partners, and field operatives. You will help maintain accurate records, streamline processes, and support performance tracking, contributing directly to the reliability and effectiveness of water recycling operations.
Coordinate and schedule maintenance repair activities across alliance partners and internal teams
Maintain accurate operational records, systems, and documentation in line with compliance requirements
Act as a point of contact for queries from field teams, contractors, and stakeholders
Monitor and report on performance metrics, highlighting trends and areas for improvement
Support the processing of work orders, invoices, and operational data
Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service delivery
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative and stakeholder-focused approach
High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and reporting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational systems (e.g., scheduling or asset management tools)
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Proactive and self-motivated, with a commitment to continuous improvement
