Location/Division Specific Information:
Clinical Trial Division Singapore / Toh Guan

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining inventory accuracy, product quality

• On-time delivery

• Ensure that clinical trial materials reach customers and patients as required.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in distribution, warehouse or supply chain or related field

• Experience with powered industrial trucks is an advantage

• Basic knowledge of warehouse, distribution, inventory control, and material handling processes.

• Ability to follow SOPs, work instructions, safety requirements, and established operational procedures.

• Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse, inventory, and other operational systems.

• Demonstrates a safety-conscious and quality-focused mindset.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment:

• Required to work in temperature-controlled areas, including cold-room or freezer environments, while wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

• Required to wear appropriate PPE and comply with all site EHS and warehouse safety requirements.
