About the Role As an Operation Technician, you play a critical role in keeping our finishing and packaging lines moving. You will operate heavy machinery, perform equipment adjustments, and ensure our final products meet high-quality standards. We are looking for an active, hands-on team player who values safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement on the shop floor.

What You Will Do (Core Responsibilities)

Machine Operation & Maintenance

• Safely operate processing, packaging, auxiliary, and material handling equipment.

• Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot equipment issues on the line.

• Execute fast and safe machine changeover activities between different product runs.

• Participate actively in team meetings and Autonomous Maintenance (AM) activities to keep machines running efficiently.

Quality Control & Efficiency

• Perform on-line quality checks at regular intervals to ensure products meet our standards.

• Take immediate corrective action if quality issues arise, and handle the rework of materials when necessary.

• Actively work to minimize material wastage during the production process.

Safety & Housekeeping

• Strictly follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and workplace safety rules.

• Keep your workstation and the area around it clean and tidy during work hours.

• Clear all rubbish from the production area and conduct scheduled deep cleaning.

Teamwork & Documentation

• Keep complete and accurate daily production records and documentation.

• Conduct stock counts for raw and packing materials as required.

• Step in to assist other positions on the line when needed.

• Help train and guide new hires and contract workers, and assist with plant trials or new start-ups.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

• Completed at least SPM or SPVM.

• Minimum of 3 years of working experience in similar manufacturing or industrial environments.

• Ability to perform simple calculations accurately.

• Ability to speak and write clearly in either Bahasa Malaysia or English.
