Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Manage inventory of raw materials, packaging, and lab supplies within the Scent laboratory
• Support preparation of fragrance samples for internal evaluations and customer requirements
• Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of materials aligned with quality and safety standards
• Coordinate material requests, stock replenishment, and disposal of obsolete materials
• Perform cleaning, maintenance, and proper handling of lab equipment
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of samples
• Track material consumption and support planning based on operational needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with lab processes
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within lab operations

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Technical diploma or equivalent (recent graduates or early career candidates considered)
• 0–1 year of experience (internships or trainee experience acceptable)
• Basic knowledge of laboratory, manufacturing, or inventory processes
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
• Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
• Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Basic understanding of safety practices and material handling
• English reading comprehension (basic to intermediate)
• Ability to work in a hands-on, operational environment
