ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answering customer phone calls and emails
  • Work with customers to ensure compliance with registration, title, insurance, payment
  • Prepare and package customer files for final underwriting/funding to senior management
  • Credit reporting
  • Preparing lease contracts
  • Analyzing auto industry trends that affect future residual values
  • Review status, compliance and performance of leases and follow up accordingly
  • Researching lease issues and customer queries
  • Maintain and update leasing platforms (Leasing App, TSD, NEBO)
  • Handling logistics on lease returns and repossessed vehicles
  • Prepare and package customer files to present to management
  • Complete special projects or duties as requested
  • Research and prepare documents for our legal team

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & LICENSES:

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • High multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to communicate (written and verbal) in a professional manner
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service
  • Minimum 2 year of administrative experience
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality of work
  • Ability to articulate comprehensive information
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Pass background; inclusive of Pre-Employment Drug Test, Credit Check, SSN Validation, and Criminal Record
  • Clean driving record with no drug or alcohol related driving incidents in the last 3 years; No more than 1 serious moving violation in the last 3 years; No driving related suspensions or revocation of Driver License within a 5-7 year period. Will be subject to continuous Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) monitoring
  • Minimum 3 years of licensed driving history

COMPENSATION

  • Hourly position
  • Total Compensation range from $24/hr. to $26/hr.
  • Fulltime position with a minimum of 40hrs/week
