Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform cleaning and general housekeeping duties.
  • Assist with school events, including moving and arranging tables and chairs.
  • Support school opening/closing and ensure facilities are safe and secure.
  • Escort and supervise term contractors within the school.
  • Monitor cleaning and toilet supplies and assist with stock replenishment.
  • Assist with basic administrative duties, goods receiving and documentation.
  • Assist with traffic marshalling during peak hours.
  • Support school decorations and report building faults to the Operations Manager.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Primary 6 education or equivalent.
  • Able to use WhatsApp to take and send photos for reporting purposes.
  • Physically fit and able to perform logistics support duties.
  • Experience in cleaning or customer service is preferred.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a well-mannered personality.

Duration/Working hours:

1year contract (Option to extend another year) (Oct 2026 to Sep 2027)

  • Mondays to Thursdays: 10.00am to 7:00pm, inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break.
  • Fridays: 10:30am to 7.00pm, inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break.
  • Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
  • If the candidate is required to work beyond these hours or days, the candidate will be compensated with off-in-lieu
