At DHL Supply Chain, we are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Operation Supervisor to support and oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations in Subang. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, compliance with standard procedures, team performance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement initiatives across the operation.

Your Impact as Operation Supervisor

🔹 Operational Management & Process Control

• Manage and monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with SOPs and Work Instructions.
• Coordinate operational activities to achieve productivity, quality, and customer service targets.
• Monitor operational performance and provide solutions to address operational challenges.
• Escalate critical operational issues to management when necessary.
• Ensure warehouse activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and accurately.

🔹 Reporting & Performance Monitoring

• Prepare and review daily operational reports.
• Consolidate and monitor monthly KPI reports and transaction volume data.
• Ensure operational documentation is properly maintained and reported.
• Analyze operational performance and propose process improvements.
• Support KPI achievement and operational standardization initiatives.

🔹 Team Leadership & Workforce Management

• Lead and supervise Team Leaders and operational staff.
• Monitor staffing levels and resource allocation to support business requirements.
• Manage operational overtime and workforce productivity.
• Conduct team performance evaluations and provide coaching and development support.
• Foster a high-performance, customer-focused, and safety-driven culture.

🔹 Customer & Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Provide timely and accurate operational information and service updates.
• Support customer requirements while maintaining operational efficiency and compliance.
• Ensure service delivery meets customer expectations and agreed service levels.

🔹 Quality, Safety & Continuous Improvement

• Ensure compliance with DHL Quality Management, QHSE, OMS, and Health & Safety standards.
• Promote safe working practices across the operation.
• Lead warehouse housekeeping and 5S initiatives.
• Identify and implement operational improvement opportunities and cost-saving initiatives.
• Support continuous improvement programs and operational excellence projects.

What We're Looking For

Education

✅ Minimum Diploma Degree from any discipline, preferably Logistics or Supply Chain related field

✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

✅ Additional logistics or operational certifications are advantageous

Experience

✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in Operations, Warehousing, Logistics, or Supply Chain environments

✅ Minimum 1 year of experience in a Supervisor role

✅ Experience managing operational teams and daily logistics activities

✅ Experience working within customer-driven operational environments

Skills & Competencies

✅ Strong leadership and people management skills

✅ Good analytical and problem-solving capability

✅ Operational reporting and KPI management skills

✅ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

✅ Warehouse operations and logistics process knowledge

✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting tools

✅ Presentation and coordination skills

✅ Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and good English communication skills
