Job Description

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customer as a representative for operation.
• To closely work with Contract Managers and department head to ensure the contractual KPI and customer satisfaction are improved or maintained.
• To ensure all department heads will complete their tasks according to their time line, by reminding and giving them the supporting.
• Studying the project and operations under Supervisory to contribute the cost reduction and the operations improvement by suggestion the best comment via his / her experience of involvement on all departments to provide an organization view.
• To ensure all periodically or occasionally report are completed, qualified and on time submitted.
• Assist Supervisor level to come up with all media of communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 – 3 years of experiences in warehouse operations , preferably with team leader or supervisory experience
• Good knowledge of Warehouse Management systems
• Strong leadership , problem-solving and team management skills
• Able to work in shifts
