In this Role, you’ll get to
- Manage daily hotel supply-side operations, ensuring core KPIs are achieved.
- Analyze regional market data, identify business issues and opportunities, propose solutions, and drive execution independently.
- Localize operational plans from central operations for SEA markets, providing timely feedback and insights on outcomes.
- Lead or participate in cross-functional projects, such as supply quality improvement, partner enablement, and process optimization, ensuring end-to-end delivery.
- Collaborate effectively with central operations, product, and business development teams; serve as an independent operations-side point of contact.
- Translate regional operational insights into actionable recommendations for product optimization and strategic initiatives.
- Build and continuously improve SOPs and workflows tailored to the SEA market to enhance operational efficiency and standardization.
- Prepare for future Site Leader responsibilities by developing site-level management thinking, stakeholder influence, and cross-team coordination.
- Demonstrate the ability to independently lead complex operational initiatives without direct team support.
- Proactively identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, system gaps, or partner challenges.
What you'll Need to Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree or above; hospitality, tourism, business, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of operations experience in OTA, hotel group, or online travel platforms.
- Experience driving cross-functional projects or operational initiatives; people management experience optional but a plus.
- Strong ownership and commitment to task closure.
- Adaptable to multicultural and fast-changing environments.
