How you’ll make an impact
1. You will be responsible for our Instrument Transformer and Disconnector manufacturing process quality control also be responsible for quality control documents preparation.
2. You will be responsible for manufacturing process product quality problem handle, and will be responsible for material confirmation in the process.
3. You will be responsible for manufacturing process quality data system analysis and report.
4. You will lead and execute R&D and improvement projects to optimize quality and cost baseline with the help of Six Sigma, 8D, and other methods, also support in other temporary work assigned by manager.
5. You will support operation quality team management, incl operation quality engineer WC and operation quality checker BC.
6. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
1. You hold a bachelor's degree in physics, electrical engineering, material science or similar.
2. More than 5 years in quality control.
3. Sound knowledge of problem-solving methods and quality engineering (FMEA, CP, L6S,8D).
4. Experience of leading technical projects with engineers, technicians, and suppliers.
5. Instrument Transformer and Disconnector experience is a plus.
6. Ability to work within an international environment in a matrix organization, complemented by well-developed communication skills.
7. Innovation and quality-oriented team player with a high willingness to learn.
8. Both fluent spoken & written English language is needed.
