YOUR ROLE

This position will closely work with subcontractor for production and NPI control to achieve Just-In-Time deliveries to our customers, mainly focusing on the execution to:

• Manage products loading including optimization, manual start
• Manage products starts and output within the committed cycle time
• Manage NPI execution to support the projects moving to mass production per timeline
• Manage operation KPI to drive OSAT for improvement
• Coordinate the stakeholders on logistic support

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Proficient in planning (knowledge about assy, test manufacturing flow is preferred)
• Strong data Analysis & Reporting with experienced in MS software
• Strong problem solving abilities
• Good communication skills in both verbal and written English
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
• Proactive attitude with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
