Job Description


Funding:


·

Working on daily activities of the
mortgage operations department.


·

Oversees all lending functions, which
may include funding, processing, and closing.


·

Successfully interact with operation
staff to improve ac-curacies and efficiencies.


·

Maintain and demonstrate proficiency
with mortgage software applications.


·

Directs End to End finance application
processing ensuring adherence with policies and procedures.


Early, partial Settlement
& Repricing:


·

Finalizing the process for clients who
wish to settle their accounts (partially or fully).


·

Finalizing the process of annual
repricing regarding CBE changes.


Insurance:


·

Preparation of life/fire reports in
order to update covered clients & units.


Monthly Reports:


·

Prepare monthly operations reports (FRA
– EMRC – Life – Property)


Requirements


·

University degree.


·

1-3 years of experience in Banks or financial
institutions.


·

Excellent organization skills with
ability to prioritize workloads.


·

Stress Management.


·

Communication.


·

Initiative.


·

Teamwork


·

Meeting deadlines.


·

Computer proficiency.


·

Very

Good English written and spoken.


·

Mortgage and Real Estate Knowledge.
