Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Operation Manager to join our team in Riyad, KSA. The Operation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branch in Riyad and ensuring that all processes and procedures are running smoothly. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of managing operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our branch in Riyad, including managing staff, resources, and processes.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Manage budgets and financial resources to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination of operations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the service industry.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record of managing operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management.
• Experience in developing and implementing operational strategies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Must be based in Riyad, KSA.
