We are seeking an experienced Operation Manager to join our team in Riyad, KSA. The Operation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branch in Riyad and ensuring that all processes and procedures are running smoothly. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of managing operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our branch in Riyad, including managing staff, resources, and processes.

- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

- Manage budgets and financial resources to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness.

- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination of operations.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the service industry.

- Strong leadership and management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proven track record of managing operations in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management.

- Experience in developing and implementing operational strategies.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

- Fluent in English and Arabic.

- Must be based in Riyad, KSA.
