We are seeking an
experienced
Operations Manager
with a strong background in
International
food retail chains
to oversee end-to-end store operations. The role
requires managing multiple outlets, ensuring operational efficiency,
maintaining quality standards and driving overall business performance. The
ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to
lead teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Oversee daily operations across
  multiple food retail outlets (Remotely)
• 
  Ensure compliance with food safety,
  hygiene and quality standards (Remotely)
• 
  Monitor sales performance and implement
  strategies to improve revenue
• 
  Manage inventory, supply chain
  coordination and stock control
• 
  Lead, train and supervise store teams
  to ensure high performance (Remotely)
• 
  Handle customer experience, complaints
  and service quality improvements
• 
  Coordinate with vendors and internal
  departments for smooth operations
• 
  Prepare operational reports, KPIs and
  performance dashboards
• 
  Ensure adherence to company policies
  and operational SOPs

Requirements

Requirements

• 
  6–7 years of experience in
  food
  retail chain operations
• 
  Strong understanding of multi-store
  management and retail operations
• 
  Excellent communication and English
  language skills and leadership skills
• 
  Ability to work in
  evening/night
  shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PKT)
• 
  Strong problem-solving and
  decision-making abilities
• 
  Proficiency in MS Office (Excel,
  reporting, dashboards)

Preferred Qualifications

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in Business
  Administration, Hospitality, or related field
• 
  Experience with POS systems and retail
  management tools
• 
  Exposure with International Food Chains
