Our client is a well-known Japanese F&B group with franchise operations across Asia

Location: Jordan

Salary: HK$30 - 32K

Responsibilities:

• Travel to overseas franchise locations to support and improve food and service quality
• Guide local teams to follow standards set by the Japan head office
• Lead and coach franchise teams with a focus on details and operational excellence
• Oversee daily food production and hygiene practices
• Identify areas for improvement across operations
• Communicate clearly with team members on roles and tasks

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
• At least 2 years of Operation Manager experience in the F&B industry
• Native Cantonese with fluency in spoken English and Japanese
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Willing to travel internationally

Benefits:

• 出差至海外加盟店，協助提升食品與服務品質
• 指導當地團隊遵循日本總公司標準
• 帶領及培訓加盟店團隊，注重細節及營運表現
• 管理日常食品製作及衛生操作
• 持續優化營運流程
• 與團隊溝通工作安排及職責

要求：

• 商業、市場營銷或相關學科學士學位
• 具至少兩年餐飲業營運經理經驗
• 廣東話為母語，並能流利使用英文及日文進行溝通
• 具備解難能力、人際技巧及溝通能力
• 願意海外出差

• 主要工作時間：上午9:00至下午7:00（偶爾上午10:00至下午8:00）
