Company: Our client, a renowned Japanese food and beverage brand, has recently expanded to Hong Kong, opening its first store at the end of last year

Working days: 5 days' week

Working location: Lai Chi Kok (MTR 2 mins walk)

Salary: negotiable

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality control of products and services to meet company standards
• Manage and optimize labor costs
• Maintain effective communication between shops and headquarters; ensure accurate reporting and message alignment
• Build strong team spirit across shops and brands
• Work on the front line when required, including weekends and public holidays
• Participate in training to gain knowledge of each brand
• Support shop development: coordinate renovations, openings, and marketing activities with internal departments and external parties
• Conduct regular shop inspections and prepare data analysis reports and presentations
• Foster a positive, hardworking culture aligned with Japanese values and company growth

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of sales and marketing experience
• At least 3 years in a Supervisory role within Retail, F&B, or café operations
• Strong communication, negotiation, influencing, and presentation skills with a customer‑focused mindset
• Proven ability to drive sales revenue and meet targets
• Experience training and leading frontline staff
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, capable of multitasking, with strong analytical and leadership skills
• Honest, responsible, and team‑oriented personality
• Good command of English, Cantonese, and Japanese (JLPT N1, spoken and written)
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays (replacement holiday provided)
