Operation Management TraineeTo walk through supply chain and learn how to ensure safe and stable operations to fulfill business needs, and continuously improve EHS, quality, productivity, cost in responsible area through CI methodology and project execution during 2 years’ trainee period with rotations.
Learn required knowledge and subjects to complete 2-year trainee assignmentsand pass final evaluation
Rotate in different production line or functions based on business needs
Assist Managersenior engineer to maintain safe and stable production operations
Assist Manager/senior engineer to set and achieve functional goals in EHS/quality/schedule attainment/productivity/cost, etc.
Assist Manager/senior engineer to transfer Momentive silicones global process technology and new product to the plant by going through NPI/NPT process
Assist Manager/senior engineer to lead and implement Capex as well as improvement projects as operations representative, and ensure safe and on-time startup
Assist Manager/senior engineer to develop operations SOP and conduct training/qualification to operators
Assist Manager/senior engineer to ensure good on-site managementof raw materials, conduct monthly stock taking, and work with sourcing team for new raw material qualification
Assist Manager/senior engineer toconduct root cause analysis and implement follow-ups ofun-planned events and near miss from EHS/quality/operations perspectives
Assist Manager/senior engineer to drive cycle time reduction, asset capacity increasing and operations efficiency optimization in responsible area
Assist Manager/senior engineer to implement Operation Excellence program and CI (continuous improvement) initiatives
Assist Manager/senior engineer to promote safety, quality and CI culture in operations
Assist Manager/senior engineer to liaise with all site functional teams, global engineering, China process, R&D, supply chain, sourcing, marketing and sales teams as well as customers for operations related activities
