岗位职责：
• 运营风险控制
协助管理并推动运营治理，识别并缓解运营风险，确保运营方面的控制在合规、风险管理和数据保护要求得到落实。
• 流程与标准化
针对于各项风险控制管理，制定并优化运营治理流程，确保业务活动透明可控，必须同时符合监管和集团两方面的要求。
• 指标监控与改进
通过监测运营关键风险指标来监控运营表现，并提出改进建议，督促相关部门落实整改，并及时报告。
• 内控框架实施
实施运营内控框架的各项要求，定期检查落实情况，确保内控框架有效实施。
• 数据风险与保护
识别日常运营的数据风险，推动隐私保护和信息安全措施，维护客户信任。
• 第三方供应商监控
结合集团和监管要求，协助制定完善第三方供应商管理框架和实施流程，确保第三方供应商合作合规及风控可控。
• 跨部门协作
与业务、技术及外部合作伙伴紧密协作，加强沟通协作，确保治理举措高效落地。
任职要求：
• 本科及以上学历，具备运营管理、风险控制或合规经验，熟悉金融或保险行业者优先。
• 优秀的分析能力、注重细节和解决问题的能力，具备良好的沟通和协调技巧，并能独立、逻辑性强地思考
• 沟通组织协调能力；
• 问题分析和解决能力；
• 数据统计及文字撰写能力；
• 熟悉监管政策及数据保护要求；
• 熟练普通话和英语的听说读写；
• 责任心强，注重细节，能够在快节奏环境中保持高效，具备持续学习和改进意识。
