We are looking for a proactive Operations Executive to oversee and support our team of Field Executives. This role will serve as a key link between on-ground operations and management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hiring, training, task assignment, performance tracking, and ensuring smooth day-to-day field operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the reporting manager for Digital Runners ( Field Executives ) across various regions.
  
  

• Handle the end-to-end hiring process for Digital Runners (Field Executives).
  
  

• Conducted onboarding and training sessions to ensure field executives were well-prepared for field activities.
  
  

• Assign daily/weekly tasks to Field Executives and ensure clarity on deliverables.
  
  

• Track task completion, conduct regular follow-ups, and ensure adherence to timelines.
  
  

• Provide constructive feedback and performance guidance to Field Executives.
  
  

• Maintain detailed records of field operations and submit regular reports to senior management.
  
  

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  
  

• Proven experience in field team management or operations back office support is preferred.

• Strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
  
  

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple field teams efficiently.
  
  

• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  
  Nice to Have:

• Prior experience in sectors like retail, CSR, agriculture, or logistics.

• Proficiency in using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and project management platforms.
