岗位定位

负责品牌官方自营直播间日常全流程运营，严格遵守外资内控体系及保健品类目合规要求，承接直播间场控、节奏把控、数据优化、日常落地工作，保障自播间常态化稳定开播、高效转化、零合规风险。

一、岗位职责

1. 自播日常运营&场控落地

负责品牌抖音/天猫等平台自营直播间日常排班、开播落地、实时场控；把控直播节奏、产品讲解顺序、福利节点、互动氛围，配合主播完成整场直播，提升直播间停留、互动及下单转化。

2. 保健品直播合规管控（核心）

熟悉平台保健品宣传规范、外资品牌合规红线，全程把控直播口播、弹窗字幕、贴片素材、产品卖点输出，杜绝功效夸大、违禁话术、违规承诺，做好直播预审、直播巡检及回放自查，保障自播零违规。

3. 直播数据监控&复盘优化

每日/每场直播跟进核心数据：场观、停留时长、转粉率、点击率、转化率、GMV、UV价值、退款率；输出单场/每日复盘，定位流量、话术、节奏、选品问题，迭代直播脚本、节奏流程、福利玩法，持续提升直播间业绩。

4. 直播物料&货品统筹

配合编导完成直播脚本、产品话术、直播流程表的整理更新；负责直播间产品上下架、价格链接、库存核对、福利设置，提前完成开播前彩排、设备、场景、物料检查。

5. 跨部门协同&项目执行

对接编导、合规、市场、仓储团队，配合新品直播上新、品牌营销活动、大促专场直播；同步直播问题、合规风险及数据结果，落地公司各项直播运营标准及外资内控要求。

二、任职要求

1. 1年及以上电商自播直播间运营经验，有保健品、大健康、美妆快消自播经验优先，有外资品牌直播经验加分；

2. 熟悉保健品类目直播合规规则，清楚平台违禁词、宣传红线，具备直播合规自查、风险规避能力；

3. 会看直播数据、能独立做复盘，懂直播节奏、用户互动、转化逻辑，可针对性优化直播效果；

4. 执行力强、抗压性强，能适配直播排班、大促加班，细心严谨，符合外企标准化、流程化工作要求；

5. 熟悉抖音/天猫自营直播间后台操作，熟练使用办公表格，可独立输出直播复盘报表。
