Job Description

Our client is one of the fastest-growing tech startups in Thailand and provides a platform for restaurant food supplies by streamlining the entire food supply chain process and making it simple, efficient, and transparent. We are a food supply chain online platform that aggregates over 10,000 items of food supplies, both fresh and dry, for restaurants, hotels, cafes, and caterers and delivers to their doorsteps within 24 hours.

You will be responsible for implementing high-level strategies to enhance operational efficiency and productivity company-wide. Identify and resolve process bottlenecks and inefficiencies onsite. Collaborate with teams to streamline operations and improve communication. Conduct regular audits to assess performance and optimize processes. Analyze data to drive informed decision-making and provide management reports. Develop SOPs and train team members for consistent operations. Align operational strategies with company objectives and mitigate risks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity across all departments.

• Identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement and implement appropriate solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations, enhance communication, and eliminate redundancies.

• Conduct regular process audits and performance evaluations to measure effectiveness and identify areas for optimization.

• Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, generate insights, and drive data-based decision-making.

• Analyze data and provide management reports, highlighting areas of concern, opportunities for optimization, and strategic OKRs.

• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices to ensure consistent and efficient operations.

• Train and mentor team members on operational procedures and provide guidance to drive continuous improvement.

• Monitor industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to stay up to date with advancements in operations management.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational strategies with overall company objectives.

• Identify operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, including assessing potential risks, developing contingency plans, and implementing controls to minimize disruptions or errors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or related roles

• Passionate and self-starter with strong analytical skill

• Demonstrated result-oriented with ability to work under pressure, fast-pace with high sense of ownership

• Experience in areas such as Lean, continuous improvement, project management, or supply chain management is preferred

• Proficiency in project management principles and methodologies, including planning, execution, and monitoring of projects

• Proficiency in data analysis, performance metrics, and process mapping

• Strong leadership abilities with experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving change initiatives

• Good command in English for business use
