Job Description

The company is the fastest-growing Thailand-based food tech startup. Providing a food supply platform, streamlining the entire food chain process, and aggregating 10,000+ food supply items for restaurants, hotels, cafes, and caterers all while delivering them to your doorstep. Improving efficiency, simplicity, and transparency throughout the process.

You will be responsible for implementing high-level strategies to enhance operational efficiency and productivity company-wide. Identify and resolve process bottlenecks and inefficiencies onsite. Collaborate with teams to streamline operations and improve communication. Conduct regular audits to assess performance and optimize processes. Analyze data to drive informed decision-making and provide management reports. Develop SOPs and train team members for consistent operations. Align operational strategies with company objectives and mitigate risks. Lead new projects and manage ad hoc tasks for smooth operations.


Responsibilities

• Implement top down strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity across all departments
• Working on site to identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement and implement appropriate solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations, enhance communication, and eliminate redundancies
• Conduct regular process audits and performance evaluations to measure effectiveness and identify areas for optimization
• Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, generate insights, and drive data-based decision-making
• Analyze data and provide management reports, highlighting areas of concern, opportunities for optimization, and strategic OKRs
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices to ensure consistent and efficient operations
• Train and mentor team members on operational procedures and provide guidance to drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate and support with senior leadership to align operational strategies with overall company objectives
• Identify operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, including assessing potential risks, developing contingency plans, and implementing controls to minimize disruptions or errors
• Lead and manage new emerging projects and to ensure smooth operations
• Manage ad hoc projects or any assigned task

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or related roles
• Passionate and self-starter with strong analytical skill
• Demonstrated result-oriented with ability to work under pressure, fast-pace with high sense of ownership
• Experience in areas such as Lean, continuous improvement, project management, or supply chain management is preferred
• Proficiency in project management principles and methodologies, including planning, execution, and monitoring of projects
• Proficiency in data analysis, performance metrics, and process mapping
• Strong leadership abilities with experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving change initiatives
• Good command in English for business use
