What You'll Do

As an Operations Associate, you will:

  • Provide excellent customer service across different areas of the store.
  • Support stock replenishment, inventory accuracy, and product availability.
  • Assist customers at self-checkout and help resolve basic payment or operational issues.
  • Support Click & Collect, customer collections, and queue management.
  • Process customer returns according to company procedures.
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised shopping environment.
  • Support IKEA Food operations with customer service and stock replenishment when required.
  • Follow operational procedures, safety standards, and company requirements.
  • Work across different operational areas based on business needs and priorities.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
