Job Description
Provide administrative support to the branch operation
Checking, consolidating and processing of payments for port, cargo and trucking charges
Create Equipment Movement Receipts (EMR), Container Transfer Slip (CTS), gate pass and loading permits.
Create a van seal for loaded containers.
Update dashboard that includes transfers of containers and other CY and Port transactions.
Coordinate with the Checker/Locator in checking and monitoring of damaged and repair containers.
Coordinate and get informed about damaged goods and products inside the container van.
Skills Required:
Comprehensive understanding of container yard operations, container handling procedures and logistics management.
Familiarity of container tracking system, and other relevant software required for the job.
Proficiency in handling shipping documents.
Ability to allocate and optimize yard spaces and resources for proper container management.
Problem solving skills and attention to details.
Organizational, planning and time management skills.
Diligent with great attention to detail.
Excellent communication, organization, and planning skills to proactively manage project scope, identify potential risks, and devise contingency plans.
Good Organization, has the ability to organize.
