You will be responsible for creating, implementing, and optimizing administrative processes for Allegro courier units across Poland
-Your primary responsibility will be the remote oversight and coordination of administrative processes for the office located in HUB Sosnowiec. You will also be responsible for other offices located in southern Poland
-You will independently manage procurement processes, including supplier selection based on business needs and negotiating terms of cooperation
-You will coordinate the fixed asset inventory process across operational locations
-You will coordinate and support employee initiatives across all locations
-You will organize meetings and events at the site
-You will be responsible for inventory management within administrative processes
-You will support the waste management process and coordinate cooperation with cleaning services
-You will build and maintain business relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
-You will handle document processing, including purchase and cost invoices, contracts, and amendments, in cooperation with Allegro's accounting and legal departments
-You will participate in the process of opening new locations
-You will conduct physical audits of administrative processes for the units assigned to you
-You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar or related position.
-You hold a valid Category B driver's license and are ready for frequent business travel ( requirement: minimum 4 days per month in the Sosnowiec office)
-You are proficient in English, enabling fluent communication both verbally and in writing
-You have a good command of the Polish language
-You are proficient in Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets)
-You are independent and dynamic, ready to work in a fast-paced, changing environment. Decision shifts motivate you to act faster
-You are an analytical thinker who can draw conclusions quickly
-You are resilient to stress and can work effectively under time pressure
-You have a strong sense of responsibility for your work and are able to prioritize your duties
-You adapt quickly to changes, are skilled at multitasking, and are not afraid of challenges
-You are a team player who builds professional relationships easily
- Flexible working hours in a hybrid model (4/1) - our hours can start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. We also have 30 days of occasional remote work.
