Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse (RN)
Fort Myers / Cape Coral, Florida

We’re hiring an Operating Room RN in Fort Myers / Cape Coral, Florida who wants strong earning potential, relocation support, and surgical specialty growth in a high-performing hospital system.

You’ll step into an acute care role focused on circulating multispecialty surgical cases in a fast-paced operating room environment where precision, teamwork, and patient safety are the priority. You’ll work alongside surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical technologists to deliver exceptional perioperative care.

What makes you a great fit

• You are a licensed Registered Nurse or eligible for Florida licensure
• You have at least 1 year of recent Operating Room experience
• You’re comfortable circulating surgical cases
• You have strong sterile technique and OR workflow knowledge
• You thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments

Compensation & Benefits

• $33.37–$45.05 per hour based on experience
• Health insurance with approximately 75% employer-paid employee-only premium
