RGH Care Bridge is seeking passionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Operating Room team in Abilene, Texas This is a fantastic opportunity to provide high-quality care in a supportive and dynamic surgical environment.

About the Role

As an Operating Room RN, you will:

• Provide safe, effective, and patient-centered care in the Operating Room and perioperative settings.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal outcomes for surgical patients.
• Support patients across all demographics and a variety of medical conditions.
• Uphold the standards of the Texas Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
• Engage in committee activities, quality improvement initiatives, and professional development.

Requirements

• Education Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited school.
• Licenses & Certifications
• Current RN License in Texas (or eligibility for licensure).
• CPR-BLS certification.
• Skills
• Ability to work with confidential information.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
