Operater

  • Carry out activities (e.g: operating machine, soldering, testing, packing, gluing, etc) based on a daily production schedule as assigned by the Superior.
  • Follow and adherence to production document and process/work instruction during operation and stop and escalate if any non conformance/issue (e.g: on product/raw material quality issues, fixture problem, and test rejects encountered.)
  • Record of the production data (clocking time, defects/rejects, etc).
  • Follow safety procedures and company policies for equipment/process operation.
  • Identify and promptly report hazards to Supervisor immediately.
  • Maintain the work area clean, safe and organized by 5S house-keeping.
  • Offer suggestions towards improvements when appropriate eg. LOOP activities.
  • Support other department’s operations as and when needed.
  • MO kitting when required by Superior.
  • Any other related or ad hoc duties when required by Superior.
  • On top of Operator 1,2, additional accountabilities for Operator 3 position:
  • Supporting on the OJT operator training to Production operator(s).
  • On top of Operator 1,2, additional accountabilities for Production Specialist position:
  • Identify production issues and correction, to ensure product/process follow and adherence documents/processes.
  • Work on MO/Machine change-over for specified process/machine(s).
  • Involve in line balancing activities within work cells/ Self-organizing.
