Responsabilidades esenciales:
Trabajo en torno horizontal convencional. Se valorará la experiencia en torno vertical y/o fresadora.
Interpretación de planos de mecanizado y conocimiento de diferentes normas y símbolos.
Definición de condiciones de corte, herramientas y secuencias de trabajo.
Control dimensional: manejo de diferentes instrumentos de medición.
Manejo: control de amarre y manejo con grúas puente.
Lectura y comprensión de instrucciones y procedimientos de fabricación.
Respeto de las normas de seguridad.
Requisitos:
Educación secundaria superior con especialización en electromecánica o experiencia/conocimientos equivalentes.
Conocimiento de trigonometría.
Experiencia en mecanizado convencional.
Flexibilidad horaria.
Trabajo en turnos rotativos según las necesidades (6h-14h / 14h-22h / 22h-6h).
Buen trabajo en equipo.
Conventional Horizontal Lathe Work. Expertise in vertical lathe and / or milling is an asset. Readings of machining plans and knowledge of different standards and symbols. Definition of cutting conditions, tools and work sequences. Dimensional checks: control of the use of different measuring devices. Handling: control of mooring and handling with overhead cranes. Reading and understanding of manufacturing instructions and procedures. Respect of safety rules.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Upper secondary level with electromechanical technical orientation or equivalent experience / knowledge. Knowledge of trigonometry rules.
Experience in conventional machining.
Flexibility in working hours.
Work in successive breaks according to needs (6h-14h / 14h-22h / 22h-6h). Good team spirit
