ComoOperadordeManufactura,usted

• Limpiaráestacionesequiposyrealizarálalimpiezadelíneassegúnlosprocedimientosdocumentados,

• Construirásubensamblesy/oensamblesfinalessiguiendolas MPI,

• Realizaráinspeccionesenprocesoparaasegurarquesecumplanlasespecificacionesymonitorearálosparámetrosdelequipo,ajustándolossegúnseanecesario,

• Prepararáeletiquetadoyempaquetadodeproductosfinales ygarantizaráquesololosproductoscorrectamenteetiquetadospasenaproductosterminados,

• Prepararáelembalajeparaelenvío,verificarácantidadesycompletaráladocumentaciónLHR paratrazabilidad,

• Documentarámaterialesnoconformesynotificaráalossupervisores,

• Identificarárechazos,causasraízypropondrásoluciones,

• SeguiráprácticasdeManufacturaEsbelta(Lean) ysugerirámejorasdeproceso,

• Dominarátresomásoperacionesyrotaráentreestaciones,

• Secapacitaráparaconvertirseenexpertoenlamateria(SME) yapoyarálacapacitaciónenlíneayeldesarrollopilotoconlosequiposdeingeniería

Requisitos

• De 1 a 3añosdeexperienciareciente(enlosúltimos6 meses)trabajandoconcomponentespequeñosenunentornodemanufactura; seprefiereexperienciaendispositivosmédicos,

• Habercompletadoelnovenogradoocontarconeducaciónequivalente,

• Capacidadparaseguirprocedimientosenunentornocontroladosalalimpia,incluyendoelcumplimientoconnormasGMP y GDP,

• Capacidadpararealizartareasdeensamblajeypruebasdeprecisión,incluyendotrabajoasistidopormicroscopioymanipulacióndepiezaspequeñas,

• Capacidadparapermanecersentadoporperiodosprolongadosylevantarhasta 15lbs(7 kg)segúnserequiera

Habilidadesyexperienciadeseables

• Experienciatrabajandoconadhesivosyprocesosdeunión(porejemplo, Loctite, Dimas),incluyendocuradocon luz UV,

• Habilidadenelmanejodeinstrumentosfilososcomocuchillas,bisturísynavajas,

• Experienciaentécnicasdesoldadura,incluyendosoldaduraconfundenteyusodecautín; laexposiciónasoldaduraláseroultrasónicaesunaventaja
