Objetivo del cargo

Ensamblar el núcleo y la bobina de transformadores de distribución, y conectar y probar las partes activas, de acuerdo con los instructivos técnicos y diseños de fabricación.

Como vas a generar Impacto/Principlales responsabilidades

  • Ensamblar el núcleo y la bobina del transformador, mediante la ejecución de actividades como la preparación de los materiales, el desarme del núcleo y luego el armado de este.
  • Realizar las conexiones a los transformadores, mediante la ejecución de pasos específicos consignados en los diseños e instrucciones técnicas
  • Realizar las Pruebas Manuales de TTR a todas las partes activas, y MEGGER cuando aplique a las Partes Activas conectadas.

Tu perfil/Conocimientos, habilidades y experiencia

  • Bachiller
  • Experiencia de 2 meses como Auxiliar de producción en el
  • proceso de ensamble.
  • Teoría básica del transformador.
  • Interpretación de tarjetas de diseño.
  • Conocimiento del instructivo de fabricación respectivo.
  • Manejo de carga con puente-grúa, carros y diferenciales.
  • Dominar mediciones longitudinales y espesores.
  • Conocimiento en soldadura tig.
  • Fundamentos de 5S
  • Seguridad, Integridad y Calidad
