Fazer programa CNC em máquina.
Corrigir programa CNC em máquina quando necessario.
Domínio em leitura e interpretação de desenho.
Domínio com instrumentos de medição (Ex: Micrômetro – Paquímetro – Unimaster).
Responsável na Usinagem de peças conforme desenhos utilizando fichas de processos com controles de qualidade.
Responsável na entrega conforme especificado, sendo primeiro ponto de auto-inspeção para todas as peças realizadas, utilizando instrumentos de medição, a fim de verificar se as mesmas estão em conformidade com os desenhos e as instruções especificado.
Requisitos e qualificações necessárias
Ensino médio completo.
Curso completo de qualificação profissional, de Operador de Usinagem (SENAI ou instituições similares).
Conhecimento em máquinas convencionais de usinagem.
Experiência com Máquinas de Usinagem.
Experiência com movimentações de peças de pequeno e médio porte.
Disponibilidade para atuar no 1° e 2° Turno.
