The Production Operator will carry out a variety of responsibilities within the assigned area of the production facility, including operating machinery and mechanical equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting basic issues while following established policies, procedures, and frequent guidance. In this role, different work areas will be assigned as needed to ensure production goals are met, support the production of quality products, and maximize performance while adhering to all safety policies and regulations.
Executes manufacturing activities throughout the entire production chain, from receiving raw materials to dispatching finished products, in compliance with quality standards.
Follows and supports colleagues in complying with safety rules, critical tasks, and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) procedures in each assigned area, ensuring adherence to regulations.
Loads ovens using an electric pallet jack.
Places pieces on bases, closes towers, and prepares them for oven loading and dispatch.
Maintains products, equipment, and facilities in optimal condition.
Carries out tasks in the assigned production area.
Attends training and development programs as required.
Participates in continuous improvement programs.
