PROPÓSITO DEL TRABAJO

Operar los equipos del área de Grinding, cumpliendo con las normas de seguridad indicadas por el puesto permitiendo cumplir con las expectativas y estándares de calidad del cliente interno.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Ejecutar las operaciones de Grinding asignadas según los requisitos establecidos para lograr el plan de producción.
  • Cortar piezas y “preparar cable”. La preparación del cable es la tarea de desgastar el cable en el extremo distal para eliminar sus bordes según el procedimiento del proceso.
  • Verificar la cantidad y realizar el embalaje del material según el procedimiento para cumplir con los estándares de calidad.
  • Seguir los procedimientos necesarios para garantizar la limpieza de las unidades producidas.

CONOCIMIENTOS, HABILIDADES Y EXPERIENCIA

  • Título técnico en mecánica de precisión, electromecánica, electricidad o afines.
  • Bachillerato en educación media.
  • Mínimo 1 año de experiencia como mecánico de precisión es un plus.
  • Experiencia en pasantías afines.
  • Experiencia en la industria médica (deseable).
  • Realizar un proceso de trabajo estandarizado y seguir instrucciones de trabajo definidas.
  • Atención al detalle.
  • Habilidad para trabajar en equipo.
  • Orientación a metas y resultados.
  • Comunicación asertiva.
