OpenText Identity Management (IDM) Consultant
We are seeking an experienced OpenText IDM Consultant to support the upgrade and migration of an Identity Management platform from a legacy version to a modern production environment. The consultant will be responsible for documenting, upgrading, testing, deploying, and supporting the transition to the new platform version, including post-go-live activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Document the existing and target IDM environments, including test and production configurations.
- Perform OpenText IDM server and driver upgrades.
- Prepare and document upgrade procedures and deployment plans.
- Integrate new servers into the production environment.
- Execute driver upgrades, configuration changes, and SSL certificate replacements.
- Define business processes and develop comprehensive test scenarios.
- Coordinate and support testing activities, validation, and production readiness.
- Participate in go-live activities and provide post-implementation support (hypercare).
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure a smooth and secure migration.
Required Skills & Experience
- Expert knowledge of OpenText Identity Management (IDM).
- Experience with OpenText User Application.
- Strong understanding of LDAP, Microsoft Active Directory, and NetIQ eDirectory.
- Experience with Linux administration and identity management infrastructure.
- Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, SQL, XML, XSL, and REST technologies.
- Experience with identity management upgrades, migrations, and production deployments.
- Strong documentation, troubleshooting, and testing skills.
