
We are looking for an experienced Senior Platform Engineer with strong expertise in OpenShift Administration, DevOps automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and cloud-native technologies.
The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience managing large-scale OpenShift environments, automating infrastructure deployments, building CI/CD pipelines, implementing GitOps-driven delivery models, and supporting cloud migration initiatives.
This role requires a strong engineering mindset with expertise across Linux, Kubernetes/OpenShift, automation, platform engineering, and enterprise infrastructure solutions. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, standardizing, and automating technology platforms while ensuring scalability, security, availability, and operational excellence.
Requirements
• Design, install, configure, manage, and automate large-scale OpenShift clusters.
• Develop and implement automation solutions for platform provisioning, configuration management, and deployment processes.
• Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using Terraform, Ansible, and automation frameworks.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and support modern DevOps delivery practices.
• Implement GitOps-driven configuration management and application deployment approaches.
• Support application migration initiatives from traditional environments to cloud and container platforms.
• Design standardized technology stacks and reusable platform components.
• Develop automation solutions to enable zero-touch and unattended deployments.
• Perform platform capacity planning, performance optimization, and scalability improvements.
• Collaborate with architects, application teams, security teams, and infrastructure teams to deliver enterprise platform solutions.
• Participate in technical design discussions and provide recommendations on platform architecture.
• Troubleshoot complex platform issues related to OpenShift, Kubernetes, networking, security, and integrations.
• Support production stability by improving automation, reliability, monitoring, and operational processes.
• Contribute to engineering best practices, open-source adoption, and continuous platform improvements.
• Strong hands-on experience in Red Hat OpenShift Administration.
• Experience installing, configuring, upgrading, and managing enterprise-scale OpenShift clusters.
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes concepts and container technologies.
• Understanding of OpenShift virtualization (KubeVirt).
• Red Hat Certified OpenShift Administrator certification is preferred.
