YOUR ROLE

• • Define and drive the architecture vision of the Red Hat OpenShift IT/OT platform, ensuring scalability, security, and resilience.
  • Own the end-to-end platform architecture, including cluster design, networking, storage, and lifecycle management.
  • Act as the technical authority, setting standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
  • Lead and guide the realization team, ensuring alignment with the target architecture.
  • Design and oversee OpenShift clusters, focusing on high availability and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with IT/OT stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure solutions.
  • Mentor engineers and promote architectural best practices across the team.

YOUR PROFILE

• • Proven experience designing and defining Kubernetes/OpenShift architectures in complex IT/OT environments, with a focus on scalability, security, and resilience.
  • Deep knowledge of core OpenShift architectural components, including networking (CNI), storage (CSI), RBAC, and Kubernetes Operators.
  • Strong understanding of platform lifecycle and reliability design, including backup/restore strategies, disaster recovery, and cluster continuity models.
  • Experience with OpenShift ecosystem and extensibility, including operator frameworks and platform management tools (e.g., BOOTC).
  • Ability to act as a technical reference and architectural guide, driving standards, best practices, and design decisions.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, promoting architectural thinking and enabling team growth.
  • Structured, autonomous, and comfortable working in distributed and complex environments.
