The Role

We win new accounts. You make sure they open right.

Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, you are the person who carries an account from the handshake to a clean handoff. Sales closes it. Operations runs it. You own everything in between, and you are the client's primary point of contact for that entire stretch.

Every account we open should feel like our best account. Your job is to understand our approach and implement and manage a system that creates dependably excellent results.

What you'll own

  • The client. From deal close through operational handoff, you are their person. You set expectations, you answer the phone, you deliver on what sales promised.
  • The opening plan. Timeline, milestones, owners, deadlines. Built and tracked in Asana so everyone can see where things stand without asking.
  • Cross-functional coordination. HR, operations, finance, marketing, and technology all have a piece of every opening. You chase the dependencies so nobody has to chase you.
  • Launch and stabilization. You are on-site through the first weeks until the account is standing on its own.
  • The playbook. Every opening should be smoother than the last because you wrote down what you learned from the one before it.
  • Finding a better way. We use Claude across the business. You will be expected to use it, and to come back with ideas for it that we haven't thought of yet.

Requirements

What We Need From You:

  • Three or more years in a management role in hospitality operations. Contract dining, restaurants, hotels, corporate food service. You understand the kitchen, the floor, the labor model, and the P&L.
  • You've been on an opening team. You know what week one actually feels like and what falls apart when the plan is thin.
  • Relentlessly organized. You keep the plan, and the plan is always current.
  • Strong with technology. Asana is central to this role. Familiarity with Toast, 7shifts, R365, or Microsoft 365 helps. Learning new systems fast matters more than knowing ours already.
  • Curious about AI. You don't need to be an expert. You do need to be genuinely interested in using it to take work off your plate and the team's.
  • Excellent with people. You build client trust quickly, and you hold your ground when holding it is the right call.
  • You close loops. Nobody has to ask you twice.

What the schedule actually looks like

This is a field role, five days a week on-site at whatever account is opening, based out of Whippany, NJ.

Openings are intense. During a launch window, expect early mornings, late nights, and some weekends. Between launches, the pace is normal. We are not asking you to trade your life for this job. We are asking you to show up hard when it counts, and we will be straight with you about when that is.

What success looks like

  • 90 days: You've shadowed a live opening, you own the opening checklist, and the Asana structure is running.
  • 6 months: You're leading openings end to end. Clients are asking for you by name.
  • 12 months: Nobody here remembers how we used to open accounts before you.

Benefits

What You'll Get From Us:

  • Competitive salary- $90,000
  • Comprehensive Medical, Dental, Life, and Vision insurance
  • 401(k) to help you invest in your future
  • Paid time off to help support your life outside of work
  • Food & beverage perks across Dartcor properties
  • The chance to work alongside collaborative team members who share our core values and are eager to help build Dartcor Enterprises’ growth
