Your Role
• Software Development:
o Design and implement drivers, application software that drive next generation CPU and GPU
o Develop, augment and maintain software libraries for computing on GPU
o Optimize code for performance, efficiency, and low latency
• Hardware Integration:
o Board bringup and validation of all low-level interactions with hardware
o Drivers to monitor the health of the board
o Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-software interaction issues
o Diagnostics code that will maintain manufacturing quality
• Security:
o Design and implement features for verification of trusted software like secure boot
o Stay up-to-date on security best practices and vulnerability remediation
• Collaboration:
o Work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with engineers and peer functional leads from different disciplines to innovate solutions, triage issues and speed execution
o Work across geographical timezones
Your Profile
OpenBMC experience is required for this role.
• Linux Distribution: Yocto / any
• Language Choice: Modern C++ (C++17 and beyond), Python, JSON
• IPC Mechanism: System (D-Bus)
• Manageability Protocols: IPMI, RedFish
