The Chemical Engineering Department in the College of Engineering at the University of Washington invites applications for a full-time (1.0 FTE) faculty position at the rank of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor with an anticipated start date of September 2027. Specific rank will be commensurate with experience and qualifications as generally described in UW’s Faculty Code Section 24-34.

The base salary range for this position at the following ranks will be: Assistant Professor ($12,250-13,250 per month), Associate Professor ($16,000 – $20,000 per month), Professor ($20,000 – 30,000 per month), commensurate with experience and qualifications, or as mandated by a U.S. Department of Labor prevailing wage determination. Compensation associated with this position may also include other components such as administrative salary supplement or limited commitment of summer salary..
