
The Department of Family Medicine is seeking a full-scope Family or Internal Medicine physician (no OB) to join The Pam Muma Women's Health Center to provide high-quality concierge medicine within primary care and contribute to an engaging academic environment focused on team-based care and patient outcomes. The candidate must be licensed in Florida and able to be credentialed as a participant in the MCOM Faculty Practice Plan who is privileged to perform the essential functions of a Family Medicine physician and be a Medical Staff member in good standing in the hospitals or health care organizations where they are assigned to perform clinical duties. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive, preventative, and longitudinal primary care to a limited patient panel, ensuring continuity, accessibility, and exceptional quality of care.
Deliver personalized, proactive primary and preventative care for a limited concierge panel. Conduct comprehensive wellness visits, health assessments, and diagnostic reviews. Manage chronic diseases and coordinate specialty care and hospital interactions when needed. Offer same-day or next-day appointments, extended consultations, and direct physician access (phone, secure portal). Develop individualized care and wellness plans, integrating nutrition, fitness, and preventative strategies. Lead care coordination with a dedicated nursing and concierge support team. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to elevate patient outcomes and satisfaction. Collaborate with leadership to enhance the concierge medicine program and its offerings.
