Key Responsibilities

• 
  Deliver engaging English language lessons to students using creative and interactive teaching methods.

• 
  Plan, prepare, and implement effective lesson plans aligned with the school’s curriculum and ADEK standards.

• 
  Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to support language development.

• 
  Encourage critical thinking, communication, and academic growth through innovative teaching strategies.

• 
  Participate in staff development, school meetings, and parent-teacher conferences.

• 
  Maintain a supportive and disciplined classroom environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 
  Bachelor’s Degree in English, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred).

• 
  Recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent).

• 
  ADEK approval or eligibility is mandatory.

• 
  Minimum of 2 years teaching experience, preferably in the UAE.

• 
  English speakers preferred.
  Arabic speakers must present an
  IELTS score of 7.5 or higher
  .

  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
