• AI Integration & Development Process Improvement
• Product Management (Web/App Development Direction)
• System Development (Front-end, Back-end, Mobile)
• Infrastructure Engineering (SRE, Cloud Infrastructure, DB Operations)
• System Planning, IT Strategy Formulation, & Project Management

Mandatory Qualifications:

• 3+ years of practical experience as an IT engineer, or in IT-related planning/management roles
• Empathy with Rakuten Securities' mission: "Innovating Asset Building.
• A strong desire to contribute to business and users through technical problem-solving.

Desired Qualifications:

• Practical experience in modern development environments, such as Agile development, DevOps, or AI implementation
• Experience in developing or operating systems that handle large-scale traffic.
• Domain knowledge in the financial or securities business
