As our Op Shop Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of an RSPCA Op Shop, driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and creating a welcoming experience for customers, donors, and volunteers.
Working closely with our local community, you'll oversee store presentation, merchandising, volunteer engagement, and sales performance, ensuring the store operates successfully while supporting RSPCA Queensland's mission to improve the lives of animals.
