职位描述
1、区域活动策划与拉新执行 负责本地车展、商圈路演、新品上市、门店引流等线下活动的全案策划与落地执行，以有效的用户拉新（潜客线索获取）为核心考核指标，持续优化活动ROI。 2、门店活动资源支持 协同门店运营团队，基于门店实际客流与转化需求，统筹调配内外部活动资源，策划并落地门店端的中小型体验活动，提升门店活跃度与留资率。 3、异业合作与资源整合 拓展并维护本地调性匹配的异业合作伙伴（亲子、商圈、生活服务等），策划联合获客活动，为门店持续输送可复用的活动资源包，帮助门店独立或联合开展高性价比引流活动。 4、市场营销事件打造 配合公司整体营销节点，策划具备本地影响力的营销事件（快闪、试驾专场、主题体验日），联动用户发展（UD）团队完成活动传播与线索沉淀。
职位要求
1、经验与背景 -本科及以上学历，3年以上市场活动相关经验，经销商集团/新势力车企区域市场岗位经验者优先。 -有成功负责过面向C端用户的拉新类线下活动（单场有效线索≥50条或转化率达标）案例。 2、资源与支持能力 -具备本地可快速调用的活动资源网络，能直接赋能门店开展周/月频次的小型活动。 -熟悉门店日常运营逻辑，能平衡门店需求、预算与活动效果，输出“一店一策”的活动支持方案。 3、策划与执行能力 -优秀的项目管理和多线程推进能力，能独立负责活动从0到1的全过程（预算、筹备、现场管控、复盘）。 -数据驱动，能根据活动留资率、到场率、转化率等指标快速优化方案。 4、加分技能 -有品牌审美及创意能力，掌握PS/AI/摄影/短视频剪辑者优先。 -有本地亲子/教育/商业体等相关异业资源者优先。 5、软性素质 -沟通协调能力强，能高效协同门店、总部、供应商、异业伙伴等多方角色。 -结果导向，适应快节奏、强落地的区域市场工作模式。
