职位描述
1、作为乐道主播核心助手，配合完成直播与短视频全链路支持： -内容侧：参与视频脚本共创、拍摄协助，为主播出镜提供素材与创意支持； -直播侧：负责直播中私信承接、互动引导与线索转化，播后完成线索盘点、数据整理与复盘支持； -执行侧：承担不出镜直播执行工作（如场控、流程衔接），完成主播交办的其他业务。 2、承担直播中台支撑工作，保障直播项目高效运转： -负责直播排期协调、视频拍摄与出镜配合、数据整理与复盘； -对接投手等跨部门角色，协同推进直播投放与效果优化； -支持市场板块其他相关业务，保障整体传播节奏落地。 3、搭建账号矩阵，为独立主播阶段储备能力： -负责公司蓝 V 账号前期养号与基础运营，搭建个人社媒矩阵； -设定个人 IP 定位，持续输出短视频内容，积累镜头感与内容创作经验； -为后续独立承担直播出镜、账号运营工作做能力与流量储备。
职位要求
1、27届应届生，本科及以上学历，新媒体/播音主持专业优先。 2、有直播助播 / 出镜 / 短视频拍摄剪辑经验、驾驶经验者优先；对汽车或新能源行业有兴趣者优先。 3、愿意从助播做起，目标成为独立主播，敢于在镜头前表达； 4、优异的沟通协作能力，基础内容创作能力：具备脚本撰写、视频拍摄剪辑或文案功底，能快速学习新媒体运营技能； 5、极强的主动学习意识与抗压能力，可适应弹性直播排班；愿意接受系统带教，逐步成长为能独立出镜的官方主播。
