职位描述
1.协助品牌新媒体平台（如抖音、小红书、视频号等）的日常内容策划与运营，参与区域KOC人设号的打造与维护，提升品牌影响力。 2.负责或协助完成视频/图文内容的创意策划、脚本撰写、现场拍摄及后期剪辑制作，确保内容质量与品牌调性统一。 3.结合产品节奏与市场营销节点（如节日、热点事件），参与制定周期性的内容规划与传播日历，并推动执行。 4.监测并分析各平台内容数据（如曝光、互动、转化等），撰写基础运营报告，通过数据反馈持续优化内容策略与运营动作。 5.协助与外部达人/KOL进行沟通与合作对接，能清晰地下达内容需求，并跟进项目执行与内容审核。
职位要求
1.本科及以上在校学生，具备优秀的网感与内容创造力，对社交媒体热点敏感。 2.熟悉主流社交媒体平台的内容逻辑与运营规则，具备基础的短视频策划、拍摄与剪辑能力。 3.具备良好的数据分析意识与学习能力，能基于数据进行内容优化思考。 4.拥有出色的沟通协调能力，责任心强，能高效协作。 5.每周至少出勤5天，实习期不少于3个月，过往有品宣传播实习经验且能尽快到岗者优先。
