Job Purpose

• To handle reliability test loading / unloading and electrical test and assist technician / engineer on data collection to achieve efficient, accurate reliability result, and improve the 5S, ESD and EHS performance.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs loading and unloading of samples for rel tests to and from the reliability chambers before and after each reliability stress in conformance to Lab operating guidelines and standard procedures.
• ä¾æ®å®žéªŒå®¤æ“ä½œæµç¨‹è¦æ±‚è´Ÿè´£å¤„ç†æ¯æ¬¡å¯é æ€§æµ‹è¯•å‰åŽçƒ˜ç®±é‡Œçš„æ ·å“æ‹¿å–ã€‚
• Performs electrical test for reliability samples before and after each reliability stress.
• è´Ÿè´£å¯é æ€§æ ·å“å®žéªŒå‰åŽçš„ç”µç‰¹æ€§æµ‹è¯•
• Performs transactions in ONRMS accurately and in a timely manner to ensure traceability of reliability lots.

• Performs equipment daily checks and records

Qualifications

• Diploma or vocational certificate in electronic, physics or other relevant fields
• 电子、物理或其他相关领域的文凭或职业证书
• Basic English language skill to be capable to read and write brief email.

• Basic office software (Word / Excel) skills.

• Relevant experience in semiconductor preferred. Fresh graduate will be considered with basic knowledge of electronic
